Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Tom Rodriguez on Holy Week: "This is the time to reflect"
Isang magandang pagkakataon daw ang bakasyon ngayong Holy Week para magpahinga at magnilay-nilay, ayon kina Jasmine Curtis-Smith at Tom Rodriguez.
“This is the time to also reflect,” sabi ni Jasmine tungkol sa pagbabakasyon ngayong Holy Week.
“For those who are serious and practice the Catholic faith, this is the time to reflect, to look back also to all the hardships, and also a celebration that we can also look forward to.
“Kasi, 'yon ang nangyayari, may hardships kang pinagdadaanan. Then, may triumph din na nakukuha.
“For those who are religious and practice this, this is the time to breathe and recollect yourself.
“For those naman na hindi naniniwala or maybe iba 'yung pina-practice nila, take advantage to rest.
“Kasi, kahit paano, with or without religion, this is the season to rest.”
Sumang-ayon naman dito si Tom, na co-star ni Jasmine sa pelikulang Maledicto.
Aniya, “Yeah, it's time to reflect. 'Di ba, the Lord's sacrifice was for us.
“It's something that mattered to Him the most, so it's true, we should take time to reflect on what matters to us the most.
“It's the time for our family, to our loved ones, time for ourselves.
“Kung ano man, this should be the time to do it. Have some self-examination na rin in a way.”
Sa ginanap na press conference ng pelikula nilang Maledicto kahapon, April 16, natanong ang dalawang aktor tungkol sa kanilang plano ngayong Holy Week.
Si Jasmine ay pupunta sa San Juan, La Union, para sa soft opening ng bagong boutique hotel nila ng kaniyang boyfriend na si Jeff Ortega.

Si Tom naman, magtratrabaho para sa Dragon Lady hanggang ngayong Miyerkules. Pagkatapos nito ay mag-staycation lang daw siya kasama ang pamilya niya at ng kaniyang girlfriend na si Carla Abellana.
