Kris Aquino's legal battle against the Falcis brothers, Atty. Jesus and Nicko, are not going away anytime soon and the "Queen of All Media" is not about to keep silent.

In one of her most recent Instagram posts where she shared her lawyer's official statement following their filling of cases at the Department of Justice, Kris answers netizens who have been leaving comments non-stop.

Statement from Atty. Ricky dela Cruz of DIVINA LAW: We filed criminal cases for 9 counts of cyberlibel today at the DOJ against Atty. Jesus Nicardo Falcis III. He made malicious and defamatory statements against our client, Ms. Kris Aquino. We will now now make him accountable. Ms. Kris Aquino opted to respond to the malicious accusations hurled against her through the legal process. Because she believes that this is the right thing to do. She has full faith in the Philippine justice system. She knows that we are all equal in the eyes of the law. Ms. Kris respects our prosecutors and she now leaves it to them to start the legal process. We believe that Ms. Kris Aquino will get JUSTICE because TRUTH IS ON HER SIDE.

One of the comments Kris addressed was from a certain sricalde who expressed concern over Bimby's welfare in the midst of it all.

sricalde wrote: "Ate @krisaquino worry ko lng na baka matrauma si Bimb if lagi mo syang kasama. Remember he's still young to this experience."

Kris answered: "Please don't underestimate my son. FYI, I was 3 years old when I went to the military tribunal hearing of my dad and all his subsequent hearings up to the Supreme Court. It will be more detrimental for him to see that his Mom is weak. I filed because it was my credibility & sanity being questioned and my sons have to know that it is our constitutional right to fight to defend ourselves."

Another comment came from umhanrivera who said: "Turuan ng leksyon yang abogadong imburnal ang bunganga!!! Laban Madam Queen."

Kris's reply was calm and collected: "I have never referred to him in a derogatory manner so I ask that we all refrain from improper language. Justice is won based on truths, not through insults. I appreciate your supportive message but I don't want us to be like them."

A certain iamdgeorgesrn, on the other hand, asked Kris to contemplate on why these things are happening to her. "...Why don't you think for just a minute and ask yourself, why is this happening to you and where did you go wrong."

Part of Kris's reply went: "If I did not fight for the protection of my credibility then I am complicit to the degradation of my dignity. We live in a democracy. I am respectful of our laws that's why I am adhering to the principles of due process."

Lastly, Kris addressed a troll whom she has already blocked more than 80 times!
