“This is it!!! Best birthday greeting. Wait until the end! Thank you @cesar_montano,” Arnold wrote.
“Konsehal… Igan, happy birthday. Wag mong kakalimutan na merong Buboy na nagmamahal sa'yo. God bless you. More power,” Cesar meanwhile greeted.
The actor then referred to his recent video that became the talk of the town, saying. “Sorry, walang background ah.”
