David Foster’s Golden Girl Gerphil Flores who finished second runner-up in Asia’s Got Talent in 2015 is now engaged to her boyfriend of nine years.

The 27-year-old German-Filipino soprano was proposed to last night, July 14. The now-engaged classical singer showed her diamond ring on Instagram.

Celebrities and news personalities, especially GMA reporter Oscar Oida and wife MJ Marfori poured their congratulatory messages to the musical theatre actress. Gerphil performed at Mr. and Mrs. Oida’s wedding in 2016.
