EXCLUSIVE: Devon Seron reveals why she transferred to GMA
Devon Seron is the newest Kapuso star that everyone should watch out for. She first rose to fame when she joined ABS-CBN's reality show, 'Pinoy Big Brother,' in 2010.
GMANetwork.com had the chance to interview Devon when she visited the set of Kapuso ArtisTambayan. During the interview, she revealed the reason why she made the big switch from Kapamilya to Kapuso.
According to her, "Actually personal decision ko talaga siya. For me, I think makakatulong siya sa 'kin sa pagiging malawak ko as an artist. And of course, sa tingin ko, it will help me to grow as an actress talaga."
Despite transferring networks, Devon said that she has no hard feelings for Star Magic, her management group for eight years. "Wala naman, nagpaalam naman ako ng maayos and sinuportahan naman nila ako sa desisyon ko."
Now that she's a Kapuso, what are some of the roles that she wants to do and experience?
"Kasi lagi akong nanonood ng mga telefantasya talaga ng GMA and siguro 'yan 'yung isa sa mga pangarap kong gawin at ma-experience dito. And of course, marami pa, gusto kasi 'yung mga challenging roles," Devon answered.
Devon also talked about the Kapuso stars that she wants to share scenes with.
"Ngayon, 'di ako masyadong nag-iisip sa mga love team pero may mga artista ako na gusto ko talaga makatrabaho like sila Lovi Poe, Heart Evangelista, Jennylyn Mercado, and Marian Rivera," she said.
Lastly, Devon shared how she's feeling after making this huge career decision. "Masaya kasi kahit sobrang bago lang ako, magaan na 'yung pakiramdam ko."
