Wagi sa ginanap na Guild of Educators, Mentors, and Students Awards or GEMS Awards 2018 ang noontime variety show na Eat Bulaga bilang Best Television Program, ang 24 Oras bilang Best News Program, at ang Wowowin: The Marawi Tribute Puso Para Sa Bayan bilang Best TV Special.

Panalo rin ang mga news personalities na sina Atom Araullo at Jessico Soho bilang Best TV Show Emcee at Best Female News Anchor respectively. Best Television Show Emcee din ang Eat Bulaga host na si Pia Guanio. Nakuha naman ni Willie Revillame ang Natatanging Hiyas Sining Sa Telebisyon.
