Aiza was referring to Duterte’s speech pronounced on Friday, May 27, in support of the soldiers of the 2nd Mechanized Infantry (Magbalantay) Brigade of the Philippine Army in Iligan City.

Expressing his intention to take full responsibility of the soldiers' actions during the implementation of martial law, Duterte stated, “’Pag naka-rape ka ng tatlo, aminin ko na akin iyon.”
