Sunshine claims that the reunion of Cesar and their daughters was a divine plan by God.
“All glory to God for my 3 beautiful daughters!” said action star Cesar Montano in his post on Instagram yesterday, July 12, when by a happy accident he was reunited with his three beautiful daughters with estranged wife Sunshine Cruz.
Cesar was beaming in the group photo he uploaded on the social media app with Angelina, Samantha and Francesca Montano.

Sunshine Cruz also took to Facebook yesterday, July 12 to explain how the emotional reunion happened. She claimed that the reunion of Cesar and their daughters was a divine plan by God.
She said, “Maraming text at nagtatanong. For the record. My kids, nephew, Dupaya Family and sis Ynez were with me for my advance birthday dinner at Resorts World. My ex husband with his brother and some friends were there too. Just 1 or 2 restaurants away from us. I believe that it was meant to happen. Same time and same place pa kaya alam ko si God ang kumilos.
Sunshine also said the moment was tense but also exciting especially when the kids saw their father.
“The kids were tensed but excited when they learned and saw their father. Hindi naman ako nagdalawang isip at inutusan ko ang kids na lapitan at halikan ang kanilang dad. It was emotional I heard from my bestfriend Ayapud Yhtak. Hindi naman kasi ako lumapit at pinili kong maghintay sa upper level.. Masaya ako sa pangyayaring ito. I've been vocal ever since na kailangan ng mga bata ng ama sa buhay nila but unfortunately may mga bagay na nangyari at bilang isang ina, gagawin ko ang alam ko ay tama, ang proteksyunan ang mga bata at irespeto ang kagustuhan nila.”
The single mom is also hoping that this reunion is the start of a better relationship between Cesar and their children.
“Im hoping this will be the start of a better relationship of our kids and father. We as parents need to remember na hindi ginusto ng mga bata na tayo ang maging magulang nila. I know our kids deserve a good life because they are wonderful children.”
“Sana maging maayos na talaga at sana huwag na muna ipilit na magkaron ng relationship ang kids sa mga taong alam nya at alam nyang alam naming nakasakit sa kanila. Sya, ang tatlong bata at si Diego lang muna SANA. Dahan-dahan at baka maka apekto na naman kasi sa mga bata. Btw, salamat sa cake. Much appreciated yan. In 2013, Sunshine and Cesar separated and the following year, the actress filed for annulment. It was rumored that the cause of the split between the couple was the starlet Krista Miller.
