For Randy, it’s nice to be back in the network where he spent his early years in showbiz.

Funny man Randy Santiago is onboard upcoming sexy comedy sitcom A1 Ko Sa ‘Yo as its director.
 
The show, set to air on June 2, stars Jaclyn Jose, Gardo Versoza, Roi Vinzon, Solenn Heussaff, Denise Barbacena, Benjamin Alves, Sef Cadayona, Ervic Vijandre, Gee Canlas, and Mara Alberto.
 
Randy, who also directs his friend Willie Revillame’s afternoon game show Wowowin, is thrilled to have another project in the Kapuso network.
 
“[I am] very thankful that they chose me to direct the show,” he said.
 
For him, it’s nice to again work for the network where he spent his early years in show business.
 
“I started with GMA in 1987 when I was doing Lunch Date, tapos of course we have Salo Salo Together, and the rest is history. All of us came from there – Willie [Revillame], Dennis [Padilla], Bayani [Agbayani] Aiai [delas Alas], etc. So [I am] just back [in the network] this time as a director,” he shared.
 
As early as the show’s pilot episode taping, Direk Randy already feels good about the program.
 
“[A1 Ko Sa ’Yo is gonna be] very sexy. We’ll be showing a lot of skin. Although hindi naman overboard. [It will still be] very wholesome… I’m just so happy they gave me this project [and I’m grateful] sa tiwala nila that I can make people laugh,” he concluded.
