Lucky kids from Smile Train Philippines bonded with the current Miss Universe

Now we know one of the reasons why Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is back in Manila. 

The "confidently beautiful with a heart" Pia recently visited the kids at Smile Train Philippines. She wrote on her Instagram account: "Met some girls from @smiletrain Philippines. Happy to see them confidently smiling."
