One of her confessions included feeling not skilled enough for showbiz.

“At first I didn’t know how to act. I was actually pretty bad at it,” she told them.

In an Instagram post, she followed it up by looking back at her days in GMA primetime show Bakekang which she starred in alongside Sunshine Dizon and Yasmien Kurdi. Lovi thanked the two actresses who were instrumental to her learning more about the art of acting.

She especially thanked Sunshine who would stay up with her to give her tips.

Bakekang aired in 2006, and Lovi has starred in different drama shows and movies since. She has also bagged several acting accolades from Golden Screen Awards, Cinemalaya Independet Film Festival, and FAPSA Awards, among others.
