Korean actor Kim Ji-soo officially signs contract with GMA's Sparkle
South Korean actor Kim Ji-soo just signed a contract with Sparkle GMA Artist Center!
GMA Network held a contract signing for Kim Ji-soo this Wednesday afternoon, August 28, where he received a warm welcome from the employees and GMA executives.
"I am your oppa Kim Ji-soo," he happily greeted. "I am honored to share this new milestone in my acting career and signing with Sparkle GMA [Artist Center]. It will open new opportunities. I'm eager to work with GMA. I just wanna say I promise you to do my best."

Kim Ji-soo has appeared in the action series Black Rider as Adrian Park. He is currently playing the role of Dr. Kim Young in the hit afternoon series Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap.
Kim Ji-soo is a South Korean actor known for the Korean series Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo, and My First First Love, among others.

'Seoul Mates'
He made his acting debut in 2009, became an actor trainee in 2012, and was part of the Filipino independent film 'Seoul Mates' in 2014.

He was part of K-drama 'Cheer Up,' 'Mood Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo,' 'Strong Woman Do Bong-soon,' 'The Doctors,' among others.
Surgery
In 2016, he underwent surgery for acute osteomyelitis (inflammation of bone or bone marrow, usually due to infection).
Controversy
A statement from an anonymous person was made in an online forum on March 2, 2021, accusing Ji Soo of bullying during his school years. Ji Soo issued an apology letter to the public while his agency KeyEast took legal action against the people spreading false rumors.
Clarification
In May 2021, Ji Soo's legal representative reportedly said they were able to locate the person spreading rumors about Ji Soo.
The person turned out to be a soldier who recently enlisted. He admitted that everything he said about Ji Soo was false, and personally sent a letter of apology to Ji Soo.
