Pambansang Bae Alden Richards is coming to Iloilo City on Friday, November 6, for his Kapuso Fans Day, and thousands of fans are expected to drop by Robinsons Place Iloilo to get a glimpse of the Kalyeserye heartthrob.
As part of their preparation for the massive volume of people in the area, the city government passed an ordinance temporarily closing the whole stretch of Paseo de Iloilo, the area behind the mall, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the said date.
