At the end of the momentous ‘Tamang Panahon’ episode of Eat Bulaga!, #ALDubEBTamangPanahon logged 23.1 million tweets. As of writing, the count has already reached 30.1 million, clinching top one in the trend list in the Philippines and worldwide.
Fans of Alden Richards and Yaya Dub actress Maine Mendoza have been waiting for the fated meeting of the two, without restrictions set by Lola Nidora, played by Wally Bayola.
The over three-hour episode had no commercial breaks and featured performances from Eat Bulaga! hosts, a message exchange between the phenomenal love team, and song and dance numbers featuring the two.
The event was held at the Philippine Arena, the largest indoor arena in the world.
