#GMAHOAAccess: Seo In-guk brings kilig to Pinoy fans at his first fan meet in Manila
Versatile South Korean actor Seo In-guk was overwhelmed by the warm support he received from his Filo Heartriders for his "First Asia Fan Meeting Tour in Manila" held at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City on Saturday, August 12.
"It has been a really good memory for me and I hope that it's been a good memory for you guys, as well," Seo In-guk said to his fans.
"Speaking honestly before I arrived in Manila, I was worrying if there'll be a lot of fans welcoming me and loving me. But as soon as I heard from you guys the screams and the fact that you waited all day long, it really cheered me up and I'm getting strength. I hope and promise to come back here as soon as possible," he added in Korean.
During his three-hour fan meet, Seo In-guk interacted with his fans, played games, ate Filipino food, spoke in Tagalog, and serenaded them with his songs.

Interview
Hours before his fan meet, Seo In-guk was interviewed by the Philippine press, where he shared how excited he was about his first Asia Fan Meeting tour.
Message for fans
"So the reason why I was able to come back is really all thanks to the fans. I'm really grateful that it's gonna be another experience to build more memories and I hope I can come back here again soon," Seo In-guk said to the Philippine press.
Heartriders
This was Seo In-guk's first-ever fan meet in Southeast Asia and it was attended also by fans from South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.
Introduction
"Kamusta na kayo bebe ko? Na-miss n'yo ba ako? Na-miss ko kayo!" Seo In-guk said in his introduction. "It's great to see you guys."
New series
According to Seo In-guk, he is currently working on the Korean drama series Death's Game, which will be released in December, and he's trying to prepare for his comeback album as soon as possible.

Ikaw
Seo In-guk made his Filipino fans "kilig" by singing a Filipino song, "Ikaw" by Yeng Constantino, which received appreciation from the fans. The song reminded the actor of his time on the reality show Superstar K in 2009.
Doom at Your Service
Seo In-guk recounted the back story of some of his photos, such as this one from the Korean drama series Doom at Your Service, in which he top-billed with Korean actress Park Bo-young.
Advice
Seo In-guk also gave pieces of advice to his fans' concerns during his fan meet, such as this fan who asked about how he keeps his good looks. He shared, "Eat well. Exercise is really important, even my mental state is really good when I'm exercising."
Seo In Guk's Choice Award
According to Seo In-guk, he considers himself a fashionista. During his fan meet, he chose the best-dressed fans from Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines. Out of these, the Filipina fan won and received a hug from the actor.
Seo In-guk's Food Truck
Seo In-guk tried making the Filipino dessert Halo-Halo and tasted it himself.
Surprise
Fans prepared a surprise video greeting for Seo In-guk and sang him his song, "Seasons of the Heart." The message read, "Oppa, do you know? We are always behind you. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Even if many seasons pass... even if we may be far away, you will always be celebrated. Wherever we are... we will always support you. We are with you, please always remember that. The wait is finally over! And we are so grateful because you sang beautifully for us for many years. And for you, who made us smile many times, to you our brightest star, we will show our hearts because now, we are finally together!"
Promise
Seo In-guk recited a poem he wrote for his Heartriders and expressed his gratitude for their unwavering support. The actor also promised to return to the Philippines again soon. "Maraming salamat po. Mahal ko kayo."
