#GMAHOAAccess: Moments from Lee Jae-wook's fan meeting in Manila
South Korean actor and model Lee Jae-wook had his first fan meeting in Manila and it came full of surprises.
The K-drama star, who is known for his roles in 'Extraordinary You,' and 'Alchemy of Souls,' showed a more playful side of himself in contrast to his serious image on screen.
Lee Jae-wook told his fans, "Thank you, I'm happy and I had a fun time today. I'm thankful that even if you're from a far place you continue to send your support."
He also mentioned that he'd love to return and meet his Filipino fans again. "I would love to come back to the Philippines, you guys are going to meet me again, right? I love you all."
Warmth
Lee Jae-wook told his fans, "Even if it was cold as Iceland here, I'd still feel warm because of you all."
'Alchemy of Souls'
He said that he has almost nothing in common with his 'Alchemy of Souls' character Jang-uk. He doesn't like drinking too much, he isn't prone to anger, and he doesn't always wear black. "There is nothing similar between us two."
Happy ending
Lee Jae-wook said the ending of 'Alchemy of Souls 2: Light and Shadow' was strictly confidential even to lead actors like him. I didn't know the results of the drama. So, when I learned that I get to live a happy life with Bu-yeon (Go Yoon-jung), I was so glad."
Future role
If another season for 'Alchemy of Souls' was to be made, he said it might focus on more action scenes for him and the romance between him and Bu-yeon.
Facts
When given scenarios to choose from, Lee Jae-wook's answers show that he prefers sending multiple messages rather than one long paragraph, though he likes calling more than texting. He thinks restaurant food is better than his own cooking, and he tends to mix sugar a lot with his food. He prefers to watch a movie and stay home rather than go out, and his daily routine consists of showering after waking up and working out.
Games
Lee Jae-wook played games with five lucky fans. They played "Shake it! Shake it! Remove it!" where they peel off sticky notes; and "Collect marbles," where they collect marbles with a spatula while blindfolded; and a mini pitch-pot game called "Collect the sticks." He also had to guess an item just by touching it while blindfolded in "What am I?" and tested his balance in "Dizzy bell ringing," where he had to turn around several times and race with a fan to see who could reach the bell first."
Selfie
His fan meeting was filled with adoring Filipino fans who were energetic throughout the two and a half hour show.
