Despite his busy schedule, StarStruck alum Paulo Avelino made sure he has time to spend Father’s day with his number one fan - his son, Ethan Akio.

In a post on Instagram, he shared a black and white photo of him and Aki, while they were skateboarding yesterday, their way of celebrating Father's Day.
