Christian Bautista, proud of his achievements, struggles; celebs agree he deserves the recognition
Christian Bautista is set to perform a major solo concert to mark his 20th year in the music industry.
Titled 'The Way You Look At Me' based on his 2004 hit single of the same title, the much-awaited concert will take place on January 28 at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati.
Among the guest performers of the show are his 'All-Out Sundays' co-stars Julie Anne San Jose and Aicelle Santos, Morrisette, Erik Santos, Sam Concepcion, and The Company.
Christian celebrates and reminisces his music for the past two decades together with Manila Symphony Orchestra in the one-night concert directed by Paolo Valenciano, with musical direction by Myke Solomon.
"Hindi ako nagco-concert every year na solo usually with guests or with friends pero 'pag nakaabot ka sa 20th, I think it is to be celebrated and remembered dapat," the Kapuso singer and 'The Clash' judge told GMANetwork.com.
"Maraming growth, maraming growth pains, maraming good experiences, maraming lessons.
"The most important thing nga is to always get back there and never give up. Find opportunities, find partners, and always seek God's will and God's path for you."
Dubbed as Asia's Romantic Balladeer, Christian has gained popularity not just in the Philippines but in different parts of Southeast Asia.
