IN PHOTOS: Dream projects we wish to see in 2023
The year 2022 has been phenomenal year for GMA Network.
It has produced top-rating shows like the action adventure series Lolong which starred Kapuso Action Drama Prince Ruru Madrid and romantic comedy First Lady which paired Sanya Lopez and Gabby Concepcion.
The network continues to enjoy a lot of love and support with currently airing shows like Jillian Ward's Abot Kamay na Pangarap and hit historical portal fantasy series Maria Clara at Ibarra which stars Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo, Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza and Asia's Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose.
As the year comes to an end, we have drummed up dream projects for some of our favorite Kapuso stars.
Here is our wishlist for what we want to see in 2023.
Barbie Forteza and David Licauco
Because of their undeniable chemistry in 'Maria Clara at Ibarra,' we would like to see Barbie Forteza and David Licauco topbill a romantic comedy series or movie.
Julie Anne San Jose
Julie Anne San Jose has proven herself to be a capable actress as she plays Maria Clara in Maria Clara at Ibarra. We would like to see more dramatic roles which will challenge and further hone her skills.
Carla Abellana
Carla Abellana's showbiz career took a back seat in 2022 due to her personal life so hopefully she can stage a successful comeback in 2023.
Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera
Fans have long been clamoring for a primetime comeback project for Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, especially after having a taste of the two's on-screen reunion in the sitcom 'Jose and Maria's Bonggang Villa.'
Alden Richards
It has been a while since Alden Richards starred in a movie, the last being the worldwide box office hit 'Hello, Love, Goodbye' with Kathryn Bernardo. Once he wraps up the series 'Start-Up PH,' we are praying that he can spare some time for a movie project.
Jennylyn Mercado
Jennylyn Mercado's upcoming series 'Love.Die.Repeat' which would have paired her with Xian Lim was put on hold due to the actress' delicate pregnancy. Now that Jen is working on gaining back her fitness, we are hoping that the project can move forward in 2023.

Heart Evangelista has been sharing more of her life and personality through her vlogs. For 2023, we hope she can host a lifestyle show where she can show her unique perspective on travelling, art, food, and many other things.
Rhian Ramos, Michelle Dee and Max Collins
Rhian Ramos, Michelle Dee and Max Collins is a girl squad we would like to emulate. We can imagine the trio hosting an empowering lifestyle show where they can draw from their own experiences of female friendship, the importance of having a good support system while adulting, and many others.
