IN PHOTOS: Meet the cast of 'Kaibigan: The Series'
In the coming-of-age series 'Kaibigan: The Series,' David Santos (Jesse Perkins), Jake Anderson (Christian Perkins), Kylie Kino (Janina Vela), and Anna Torres (Lianne Valentin) are four friends trying to navigate life in the time of COVID-19--facing issues, chasing goals, and dealing with family problems.
Fortunately for them, they have each other as they realize that the only way to survive the pandemic is to lean on each other, albeit virtually.
The 13-episode 'Kaibigan: The Series' will help us understand how people from all walks of life try to stay afloat and adjust to the new normal. Each episode also has a theme that discusses a wide range of topics--from coping with anxiety to friendship and bullying.

David Santos is National High's basketball captain who is also running for batch valedictorian. David is the good one of the group who is trying to encourage everyone to pursue their dreams. He represents the millennials who are driven by their goals in life.
Christian Perkins
Christian is the younger of the Perkins twins, but he is an inch taller than Jesse.
Jake Anderson
Jake Anderson is also a basketball athlete, but he was expelled from Academy High. As he transferred to National High, he was able to gain his reputation and dignity with the help of his friends. Jake represents the youth who are trying to find their place in this world.
Janina Vela and Lianne Valentin
Joining Jesse and Christian Perkins are beauty vlogger-turned-actress Janina Vela and Kapuso actress Lianne Valentin.
Janina Vela
Janina Vela is a vlogger and beauty guru with more than 700,000 subscribers on YouTube. In 'Kaibigan: The Series,' she plays the role of Kylie Kino.
Kylie Kino
Kylie Kino is the energy pill of the group who is always happy and enjoys being able to make other people around her as joyful as possible. Kylie represents the youth who are conscious of the image they present on social media, compared to who they are in real life.
Lianne Valentin
Completing the main cast is Kapuso Lianne Valentin, who plays the role of Anna Torres.
