For Kapuso host Drew Arellano, it wouldn’t come as a surprise if his future child with wife Iya Villania would be over-acting or OA.

“Kami ni Iya, sobra kaming OA. OA kami kung mag-react so iniisip namin, baka 'yung anak namin, kunyare may sakit, [baka i-exaggerate na], ‘Uh Mom and Dad, I feel terrible,” he imagined.

Shortly afterwards, the Bonakid Pre-School Ready Set Laban host added how their future kid or kids could also be far from how they imagine. “'Yun 'yung iniisip namin pero malay mo eventually, 'yun pala deadma lang 'yung anak namin. I mean, totally the opposite. Pero iniisip [talaga] namin, makulit,” he noted.

No matter how well-behaved or rowdy the future Villania-Arellano offspring would be, Drew knows that he or she will be dearly loved. Even if he and Iya are still planning to have kids in 2016, he’s already excited to have an additional member in the family.

“I’m just really looking forward to our product. [Like] kung ano 'yung makukuha niyang genes ko, 'yung itsura, 'yung mannerisms, 'di ba? Like any other parent for that matter,” he said.

Another facet of parenthood that Drew is excited for is having to decode the words and actions of children.

“[Excited ako sa] sakit ng ulo na ibibigay niya. [Me being able to say] ‘Ay nag-la-lie ‘to, alam ko na 'yan, ginawa ko na 'yan dati.’ I think that’s gonna be exciting,” he shared.
