Gabbi Garcia reveals she auditioned for 'Pinoy Big Brother' in the past
Gabbi Garcia has marked a new milestone in her career as she is officially announced as the Kapuso host in the upcoming Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition.
The revelation was made during an episode of the GMA weekend musical comedy variety show, All-Out Sundays.
“I'm super excited. Biruin ninyo, magkakaroon ng collab ang PBB. This is history and I'm happy to be part of history,” she said.
In an Instagram post, the Sparkle actress shared a fun fact and said that she auditioned for Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Season 4 back in 2012.
In her post, Gabbi uploaded two throwback photos during her audition for the reality show.
“Hello, Philippines! Hello, World! Hello, Mga Kapamilya & Kapuso!” she wrote.
“I'm beyond excited to announce that I'll be one of your hosts for the upcoming Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition! See you all sa Bahay ni Kuya!
“Fun fact: Back in 2012, I auditioned for PBB Teen Edition Season 4! (Check last 2 photos!) Fast forward to 2025--looks like I was meant to host it instead! Or who knows? Maybe there's still more in store.
“This is a huge milestone, and I can't wait to share this experience with all of you! Game na ba kayo?!” she added.
In January, GMA Network and ABS-CBN Studios signed a contract to bring Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition to Filipino viewers.
The upcoming edition of the said reality TV show will feature Sparkle talents and Star Magic artists as housemates.
