BIGBANG's G-Dragon is set to make a major comeback this February with his much-anticipated new album!
The K-pop icon drops a teaser on his social media that leaves fans buzzing with excitement. The video features two silhouettes walking toward each other, with the sounds of a heartbeat and cheering crowds building anticipation. As the figures approach, the lights and sound intensify, leading up to the reveal of the album's title: Ubermensch.
The highly anticipated album is set for release on February 25, marking it G-Dragon's third solo project.
As of now, the teaser has already racked up over 435,000 views on YouTube and a whopping 6.1 million views on Instagram.
Ubermensch follows the success of G-Dragon's recent singles "Power" and "Home Sweet Home" (featuring BIGBANG's Taeyang and Daesung), which marked his long-awaited return after a seven-year hiatus. This album also marks his first full-length release in nearly 12 years, following Coup d'Etat in 2013 and Heartbreaker in 2009.
Recently, G-Dragon also made waves with a powerful performance at Le Gala Des Pièces Jaunes, where he got to meet BTS' J-Hope and BLACKPINK's Rosé.
