For the 8th time, GMA Network was given the Platinum Award for Most Trusted TV Network!

GMA Network reached another milestone after receiving the prestigious Reader's Digest Most Trusted Brands Award in the awarding ceremony held at the Marco Polo Hotel in Ortigas yesterday, March 22.

GMA Network received the Platinum Award for Most Trusted TV Network for the eighth time while 24 Oras anchor and documentary host Atom Araullo received the Most Trusted TV News Presenter.

The Platinum Award is the highest honor given to shortlisted entries in the annual event that recognizes the most trusted brands in the Philippines.

Present to receive the award were GMA Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategic Planning and Business Development, Chief Risk Officer, Head of Program Support Department Regie C. Bautista and Atom.

The award was presented by Reader's Digest Group Advertising Director Asia Pacific Sheron White.

The Reader's Digest Most Trusted Brand award is a way for the magazine to help consumers identify brands in the marketplace that are value-for-money, noting the reliability and worthiness of their business.

While a trusted brand enjoys international appeal, it should also hold connections to local consumers and have individual relevance anywhere and in any culture.
