Korean superstar BoA is gearing up to release a new single titled "Emptiness."

On March 17, BoA surprised her fans by dropping a teaser image for her upcoming single, "Emptiness," which will be released on March 26 at 6:00 p.m. KST.

According to BoA's agency SM Entertainment, the K-pop idol participated in writing the lyrics, as well as composing and arranging the song.

Following the announcement, fans expressed their excitement for BoA's long-awaited comeback, after the release of her third mini-album Forgive Me in November 2022.

BoA (real name, Kwon Bo-ah) is a South Korean singer, dancer, and actress. Since her debut in 2000, BoA has released several albums, including ID; Peace B, No. 1, Atlantis Princess, My Name, Girls on Top, Hurricane Venus, Only One, Kiss My Lips, Woman, and Better.

She is also a member of supergroup Got the Beat, the first sub-unit of project group Girls On Top.
