For the first time, Kapuso singers Khalil Ramos and Anthony Rosaldo shared the stage with a live audience during the latter's first major solo concert “Switch: Anthony Rosaldo Live in Concert” at the Music Museum on January 31.

After the show, Khalil could not hide his emotions as he definitely enjoyed the show as he rocked the stage of the venue.

"Ang saya! It's always so fun to be able to sing with fellow Kapuso, and of course, with a fellow rock singer like Anthony. Sobrang nag-enjoy ako sa duet namin, at sobrang astig rin nung crowd, sobrang engaging nila," he said to GMANetwork.com.

"It was really, really a special night, especially night."

Khalil and Anthony gave a beautiful rendition of "The Winner Takes It All," a song from the musical Mamma Mia!

"First time kong kantahin 'to. I'm familiar with the song pero kasi nga, 'yung theme nga ni Anthony is musicals and mga theatre songs, 'yun kantang 'yun was part of Mamma Mia! pero this time, male perspective naman siya. Ang solid, solid ka-duet ni Anthony," he said.

In the musical, The Winner Takes All is sang by Donna Sheridan, the lead star of the show, the mother of the bride who was surprised when her daughter invited the three men she believed to be her father on her wedding.

In his solo performance for the night, Khalil sang one of his favorite songs, "Iris" by Goo Goo Dolls from the movie City of Angels.

"Isa 'yun sa pinakakomportable na 'ko kantang kantahin, kumbaga, kaya ko ng kantahin kahit natutulog ako," he admitted.

"Pero, first time ko ko na full band siya kantahin kasi laging minus one lang, or laging acoustic. First time kong full band kaya ang saya rin."

In 2023, Khalil made his theatrical debut when she starred as Jon in the musical tick, tick...boom! This 2024, he is set to star in a fantasy digital series alongside girlfriend Gabbi Garcia, produced by ANIMA Studios.
