This reimagined version of the iconic 1991 film, which originally starred Megastar Sharon Cuneta and action star-turned-senator Robin Padilla, is headlined by the hottest celebrity love team of Sparkle GMA Artist Center, Barbie Forteza and David Licauco. The two actors rose to fame because of their undeniable chemistry in the hit GMA historical portal drama Maria Clara at Ibarra, a series loosely based on Dr. Jose Rizal’s novels Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo.
Juancho Triviño, popularly known as Padre Salvi in Maria Clara at Ibarra, is also part of the stellar cast of the GMA adaptation of Maging Sino Ka Man, bringing life to Gilbert Arnaiz, the notorious character of Edu Manzano.
The special limited series also comprises some of the country’s most respected artists in film and television: E.R. Ejercito as Boss Frank, Jeric Raval as Alex, Jean Saburit as Shonda, Juan Rodrigo as Miguel, Antonio Aquitania as Jonas, and Jean Garcia as Belinda Salazar.
Set to breathe life to equally important roles in Maging Sino Ka Man are some of Sparkle’s most sought-after stars, Faith Da Silva as Cleo Ramirez, Mikoy Morales as Gordon a.k.a. Libag, Rain Matienzo as Tetay.
Completing the star-studded cast is the special participation of Al Tantay as Osmundo and Tonton Gutierrez as George.
