Carla Abellana reminds frontliners wearing PPEs to stay hydrated
Kapuso primetime actress Carla Abellana posted a reminder on Instagram to all the hardworking frontliners who are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPEs).

With the Philippines situated near the equator, the hot weather is already a norm in the country.
That's why Carla wanted everyone to take extra precautions by hydrating themselves while wearing PPEs, which can be uncomfortable to wear in this hot and humid climate.
She posted, "I see so many people either selling or wearing protective PPE suits and already I'm sweating.
"I wear shorts and a t-shirt at home and I sweat like crazy. Paano pa kaya?
"Kudos to all frontliners who are required to wear them. Please don't forget to hydrate!"

Just like other celebrities, Carla and her long-time boyfriend Tom Rodriguez have been busy helping those who were severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
In fact, Tom took part in "Guhit Pantawid: Portraits for a Cause," wherein the proceeds will go directly to the families of jeepney drivers, street vendors, and construction workers.
