The fashion world is mourning the death of handbag and accessories designer Kate Spade who built a designer brand in her namesake that became popular across the globe.

In a report by GMA News Online, Kate was found dead in her New York City apartment Tuesday morning, June 5 (US Time). Initial reports of police authorities said that Kate might have committed suicide.
