Gladys Reyes is staying focused on her fitness goals as she slays another workout dance video with daughter, Gianna Aquisha Reyes.

On Instagram, Gladys wrote, "Let's start our morning dance exercise routine...this one's cute, easy steps."

Gladys has been religiously posting her fitness regimen online, which features her dancing to different songs and encouraging moms to get into working out while at home.

She also makes her workouts a bonding session with daughter, Gianna Aquisha, whom she wears matching OOTD's.
