Cameron Diaz announces birth of first child Raddix Madden
At 47, Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz is beating the odds by announcing the birth of her first child.
The actress revealed the great news on Instagram and said that she and husband Benji Madden had named their daughter Raddix.
“Happy New Year from the Maddens!
“We are so happy, blessed and grateful to begin this new decade by announcing the birth of our daughter, Raddix Madden.
“She has instantly captured our hearts and completed our family. While we are overjoyed to share the news, we also feel a strong instinct to protect our little one's privacy. So we won't be posting pictures or sharing any more details, other than the fact that she is really, really cute!! Some would even say RAD,” she wrote in the caption.
The Hollywood actress married rocker Benjamin Levi Madden of Good Charlotte in 2015 in an intimate ceremony at their home in Los Angeles, after dating for eight months.
Nicole Richie, who is married to Madden's twin brother Joel, helped introduce the pair.
