Celebrity couple Oyo Sotto and Kristine Hermosa gave an emotional message for their eldest son Kristian Daniel or Kiel on his 10th birthday.

Kiel was adopted before the couple tied the knot on January 12, 2011.

In her moving post on Instagram, Kristine thanked Kiel for teaching them so many things in the past years. The actress also added that she and Oyo are very proud of him.

“And for that we thank you, Kuya Kiel! Since you were the 1st beautiful creature to teach us Challenge accepted! in the process, you taught Mama & Dada many things.. things we never thought we are even capable of.

“Things may not always be perfect for us, but i am certain that God is.. He was certain when He gave you to us. He knew that you will be the best Kuya to your siblings and that you will make Mama & Dada proud for the person that you are in Jesus. Mama loves you so much, Kiel. I believe and declare that you and your siblings shall fulfill the life God has prepared for all of you.”

Its been 9.5yrs when we had you...since then, its been a challenge for Mama & Dada (in a good, positive & struggling way).. ☺️ in those years up until today, you and your siblings are still very much persistent in doing so. 🤗 And for that we thank you, Kuya Kiel! Since you were the 1st beautiful creature to teach us 😘❤️ Challenge accepted! 👍🏻 👊🏻 in the process, you taught Mama & Dada many things.. things we never thought we are even capable of..
