Kapuso teen actress Jillian Ward's 12th birthday is a truly special one, since the former Trudis Liit star also organized a charity event for the kids of Convoy of Hope at the City of Dreams in Pasay City.

The Convoy of Hope is a non-profit, faith-based organization that aims to feed the world through feeding initiatives and community programs.
