International model-turned-actor Gil Cuerva has officially debuted his new look to viewers and fans yesterday, September 25.
His signature long hair was traded into a shorter, sleeker hairdo.

In an interview with 24 Oras reporter Lhar Santiago, Cuerva admits doing the drastic cut for his role in the action-drama series Beautiful Justice.
He said, “Hindi ko isu-spoil pero eventually, malalaman rin naman ng Kapuso viewers kung bakit nagpagupit si Vin Ocampo.”
On Instagram, the Kapuso actor mentioned that the last time he had the same hairdo was in high school.
Now that he's sporting a new haircut, viewers can't help but wonder how long will he maintain the new look.
“For a while,” he claims.
“I'll play around with it muna maybe change the style every now and then.”
Moreover, the actor clarified that his hair shouldn't come as a hindrance when it comes to portraying future roles in the network.
“Whatever hair is required for a role gagawin ko naman, so tulad ng Beautiful Justice sabi nila they wanted a new look, a shorter hair, I did it willingly.
“You know for future projects naman if kailangan ko magpagupit I'll do it.”
