Mainit ang naging pagtanggap ng mga Kapuso natin sa pag-impersonate ng Sunday PinaSaya (SPS) star na si Jose Manalo kay incoming president Rodrigo ‘Digong’ Duterte noong May 15.
Ang video na ‘Rodney Juterte and Simpleni face-off’ na kuha sa segment na Star Buzz ng SPS ay umabot na sa mahigit sa 2 million views na sa YouTube.
Pinuri rin ni Mayor Duterte si Jose Manalo sa mahusay nitong impersonation at may pahabol pang bilin ang incoming president sa award-winning comedian.
Aniya, “Jose (Manalo) enjoy the show. Ilayo mo lang konti dito (gestures with his hands). The reason why I’m placing my hand over my right (side of the face) is that I’m pressing a nerve there below the ear. Kasi nadisgrasya ako sa motor. To lessen the pain, dinidiin ko 'yan.”
