LOOK: 10 most traveled Filipino celebrities
There are many celebrities who take time off of their busy schedule to explore the beauty of the world. However, there are some who loves to live a life with plane tickets on their hand and a sense of wanderlust in their heart.
The Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA) made a list of the most traveled Filipino celebrities, and three Kapuso stars made their way to the top 10.
"We appointed a three-man team to actually look through the Instagram posts of celebrities. And based on the postings that they have done in the past two years, we tallied that and that's how we came up with the Top 10 most traveled celebrities," said the PTAA President Ritchie Tuaño.
Tim Yap leads the list followed by the Queen of Creative Collaborations, Heart Evangelista, who recently attended the Paris Fashion Week. Lovi Poe comes in third as she too is a frequent flyer with stunning photos captured in every stop.
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach ranked fourth and fifth, respectively.

Vicky Belo, Bea Alonzo, Nadine Lustre, and Liza Soberano are also recognized as one of the celebrity globetrotters.
Maine Mendoza, with her amazing trips in the Philippines and around the world, caps the top 10 list of most-traveled Filipino celebrities.
Tuaño explained that social media has become one of the best tools for the tourism industry, especially with celebrities who also serve as influencers to entice their fans to visit a place.
"Celebrities, whether they realize it or not, do a lot to boost the visits to different locations within and outside the country. Their fans aspire to go where they go. Moreover, the public also gets to find out more about the places they visit. They provide the glamour factor and the reassurance that the place is safe to visit," he said.
