Even though they're miles apart, Kapuso couple Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez still manage to make one another feel the love!
Over on Instagram, Tom posted a short cover of the song "It's Always You" by Chet Baker which he dedicated to Carla.
"Missing a certain someone and hoping mercury might help me deliver the message."
Carla definitely appreciated his short but sweet message.
Carla and Tom are set to appear in the upcoming Kapuso series titled Love Of My Life, this 2020 on GMA!
