Chito Miranda previously said that being in a band, working late night gigs, and even touring has lessened his time with his family. That is why he makes sure to spend most of his break time with them, especially during the holidays.

Parokya ni Edgar
Parokya ni Edgar can be considered as Chito Miranda's second family since they have been together since 1993. Chito showed how much he cared for his band members when he helped Gab Chee Kee with his medical expenses by organizing a fundraiser for him.
Great friends
Chito Miranda, together with his band, are good friends with other Filipino musicians such as Sorority, Kamikazee, master rappers Gloc-9, and the late Francis Magalona.
The Voice: Generations coach
Chito Miranda recently became part of the singing competition The Voice Generations as one of its coaches. There, he became friends with fellow coaches Julie Anne San Jose, Billy Crawford, and Stell from P-Pop group SB19 and treated them as his family.
Family man
Chito Miranda admits that it's hard to travel with the kids especially when going on tour, but he also said that it's worth it to be with them. He wrote in a post, "I would rather deal with the stress of traveling with the kids, kesa ma-stress dahil malayo ako sa kanila. Right now, sila lang ang mahalaga." Truly, Chito is a family man.
