She's known as South Korea's sweetheart and has starred with Asia's hottest leading men. From Rain, Hyun Bin, to Song Joong Ki, get to know all the men who've been part of Song Hye Kyo's life.
Song Joong Ki
There were rumors that Song Hye Kyo was dating her 'Descendants of the Sun' co-star after they were spotted together in New York. Although they denied the reports at the time, the two then fell in love and married in 2017 but shortly divorced after two years due to “irreconcilable differences.”
Hyun Bin
The two met on the set of the Korean drama 'The World They Live In' and dated for two years. News of the split was announced just eight hours after Hyun Bin enlisted for the military, which cited conflicting work schedules as the reason that drove them apart.
Lee Byung Hun
Lee Byung Hun would most probably be Song Hye Kyo's most unforgettable love because it took a while for the actress to get over the break-up. The couple started dating after filming 'All In' in April 2003 but broke up 13 months later after she refused to get married and wanting to focus on her career instead.
Rain
Song Hye Kyo and Rain starred in the hit K-Drama series 'Full House' in 2004. The two denied reports that they are dating. In an interview, Rain mentioned, “We are friends. She's a few months older than me and I call her 'older sister.' I feel she's really professional and passionate about her job. And of course, she's very beautiful.” Rain is now married to Korean actress Kim Tae Hee.
Kang Dong Won
Korean movie star Kang Dong Won was also linked with Song Hye Kyo for more than a year. They starred together in a movie titled 'My Brilliant Life' which was released in 2014. The flick depicted the struggles of a young couple who birthed a child with a rare disorder. Fans speculated the two were dating after photos from their shoot for Vogue Korea were released.
Park Bo Gum
Song Hye Kyo was also rumored to be romantically linked with Park Bo Gum. They starred in the drama series 'Encounters,' which tells the story of a divorced, rich businesswoman who falls in love with an ordinary, young man. The drama aired from November 2018 until January 2019, the same months that the rumors of the Song-Song split were reported.
Lee Chang Hoon
She and actor Lee Chang Hon worked on the SBS TV sit-com 'Soon Poong Clinic' in 1998 until 2000, in which she rose to stardom at the age of 19. In an interview, Lee Chang Hoon said he regarded the actress as a “kind-hearted younger sibling.”
