In 2008, GMA Network released its adaptation of the hit Argentinian television series 'Lalola.' Rhian Ramos and JC de Vera led the cast of the show.

Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos played the role of Lola, a man who was turned into a woman by the sorceress Sera (Iza Calzado). Rhian is still one of the most bankable leading ladies of GMA-7. She also found a thrilling hobby as a car racer.
