On Instagram, the Shining Inheritance actor shared a series of sweet photos of him and his girlfriend.
He wrote, "Happy birthday babe!! @mikee... Gusto kong malaman mong proud na proud ako sa mga blessings na nangyayare sayo ngayon."
Paul said he would always be by Mikee's side to help her achieve her dreams.
