Kapuso stars Juancho Trivino and Joyce Pring had a very unlikely love story. The pair first met on the set of GMA Network's morning news program 'Unang Hirit,' where they served as hosts. In Joyce's blog, she admitted that she had "deliberately given up on marriage" prior to dating Juancho. However, describing how she met Juancho changed her views. "After almost two years of being single, I met Juancho while working together in Unang Hirit as remote hosts, and we fell in love," Joyce said in her blog. She also revealed that Juancho had been messaging her online occasionally for the past six years, sending random, innocent messages. It was in 2018, during their 'Unang Hirit' hosting stint together, when Juancho made a solid move to pursue her.
In May 2019, Juancho proposed to Joyce in Boracay.
On February 9, 2020, they tied the knot in a Christian wedding ceremony in Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.
A year later, they announce they're expecting their very first child. Juancho and Joyce shared their good news on social media. "Fam, we're excited to share with you all the news... we're gonna have our own #BundleofJoyth and he/she is ready to say hello this 2021!" Joyce posted.
"THREEvinos coming soon!! Yes, we are pregnant! I'm going to be a dad," Juancho said.
