Kapuso actress Kris Bernal gave some tips on staying motivated and focused on your goals.

Kapuso actress Kris Bernal is the queen of multi-tasking as she juggles her showbiz life with being a busy entrepreneur. But even someone as strong-willed as Kris struggles with staying inspired.

Kris gave a few tips on how to stay goal-oriented despite the stressful time everyone's experiencing due to the pandemic.

She wrote on Instagram, "Mondays are my busiest and just like you there are days that I'm lacking motivation.

"While I've had my ups and downs recently, I do my best in focusing on the good.

"I know staying positive can be tough at times, but I find practicing certain daily habits can really have big time effects on my overall mood and productivity.

"Here are some things that help me to stay in a motivated mind set:

1. Set long-term and short-term goals
2. Write down in detail how you plan to reach your goals
3. Set up a schedule and stick to it
4. Exercise or meditate
5. Focus on the positives and be grateful
6. Find your quiet/productive space
7. Ask for help when you need it
7. Limit TV, phone, or games
8. Put your plan into action!
