Baby Tali loves the cold weather of Japan!

Baby Tali is one ball of energy as she strolled around Osaka, Japan with parents Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto.

Two-year-old Tali looked totally adorable in her pink padded jacket, and enjoyed the cool winter weather.
