Bettinna Carlos recalled how she started her dream of becoming a baker to finally opening the doors of her new bakeshop, the CKitchenry!

According to Bettinna, she grew up with having pandesal everyday and it became her dream to learn how to create one. Fast forward to 2008, she created her own from scratch. By 2011, Bettinna revealed that through God's grace she was able to create her own business.

When I was young all I wanted was to make pandesal even though I dont know how. Simply because I grew up having it everyday on the breakfast table. Come December 18, 2008 I got my hands on my first baking book and kneaded my first bread. I discovered how gratifying it was. From flour to dough to seeing it rise to getting cooked and eaten as an actual edible food. The joy from making to eating! Since then I would make breads by hand. Never with a mixer and never sold them because I couldnt make in big quantities. Di ko kaya masahin lahat ng kamay. By hand was the only way I wanted to make breads. In 2011 the Lord answered my cry for a business. I was a newly singled mom with barely anything. He said it was time to make money out of my costly baking hobby. So I obeyed even without background in business. I only made squares and cookies for 5 years and then cakes a year ago but still never bread. This year, TEN years since I first started baking and on the 7th year of my baking business, I am finally selling BREAD! 5 kinds of them! Serving them to people!!! I only realize today that that dream of mine is realized today. Sorry to sound so redundant but it only sunk in now when people entered @ckitchenry and inhaled the aroma of freshly baked bread and they all inevitably smiled. And when they tried the buchi bread with the sampler spreads they were SO happy and satisfied. I wanna cry. All I want is to make peoppe happy through food. I am just so thankful. I am overflowing with joy and tears of it because The Lord really knows the desires of our hearts. The deepest, oldest seemingly forgotten ones. And it is amazing how He has His own way and timing of letting them happen.💜 I praise you Jesus. Every desire and fruition of those come from You. It always comes back to You.☝️😭🙏 PS: Its not only my bread selling dream that came true today. MY KAHERA DREAMS TOO!😍 #DailyBitesABC #CKitchenry
