In her newest vlog entry, Joyce Pring gives the top 5 things to stop doing in your 20s for an improved mental, emotional and physical outlook.

The 25 years old Kapuso personality admitted that the 5 things that she discussed are also some of the things that she has personally stopped or are trying to stop doing.

Joyce revealed, “I've come up with the things that I have stopped doing in my early 20s. I'm 25 now… so these are the things that I actually stopped or I am at least trying to stop now that I am in my 20s.”

According to Joyce, 20-something people should learn to stop the following: the bad habits, going back to your ex, living on social media, comparing yourself to others and doubting yourself.
