Meet Dia Mate, the beauty queen girlfriend of JK Labajo
Deanna Marie Remulla Maté was crowned as the 2025 Reina Hispanoamericana at the live coronation in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, on February 9.
The beauty queen first tried her luck in Miss Universe Philippines 2024, where she failed to place in the top 20. However, she won Miss Cream Silk and placed in the top five finalists in the swimsuit challenge.
Dia is also the girlfriend of musician Juan Karlos. In fact, aside from being a beauty queen, Dia is also a singer-songwriter. Together, they produced Dia's song 'Ocean of Emotion.'

Remulla family
Dia came from the Remulla political family. She is the granddaughter of current Justice Secretary Boying Remulla.
Miss World Philippines 2024
Dia recently competed at the Miss World Philippines 2024 where she won sponsor awards such as Miss 9Young-Basic, Miss Aqua Boracay, Miss Bagin, Miss Bench Active, and Miss ProCap.

Dia was also the winner in several fast-track events of the competition in sports and Miss Charity.
Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2024
Dia placed in the Top 10 of Miss World Philippines 2024. After the coronation, she was appointed as Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2024.
Miss Universe Philippines 2024
Before Miss World Philippines 2024 pageant, Dia first competed at Miss Universe Philippines 2024, where she was awarded Miss Cream Silk and was a Top 5 finalist in the swimsuit challenge.
Singer-songwriter
Aside from being a beauty queen, Dia is also a singer-songwriter. In fact, she co-produced her album titled 'Ocean of Emotion' with boyfriend and fellow musician, Juan Karlos "JK' Labajo.
