As her due date comes closer, Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera has decided to take a maternity leave from her noontime show Sunday PinaSaya.

Her fan club The Dongyanatics posted a photo of Sunday PinaSaya's farewell gift to the mom-to-be on their Instagram account.

Marian is set to give birth to Baby Maria Letizia this November. She has been attending breastfeeding and Lamaze classes to prepare her for her big day.
