A recent event brought many socialites together, including celebrity couples Heart Evangelista and Senator Francis "Chiz"Escudero, Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli.
The two power couples were photographed together during the "Rising Together" event which marks 75 years of Italy and Philippines Fellowship.
