De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde Blazer guard Prince Carlos joins the elite list of talents being managed by Sparkle GMA Artist Center, the talent-management arm of the biggest TV network in the country.
We've seen him at the court contributing to the first runner-up finish of his school during the men's basketball tournament of the NCAA Season 98, but aside from his athletic abilities he is also a print and TV commercial model for a number of big brands in the country.
He also highlighted his comedic timing by doing the hit sitcom 'Daddy's Gurl' starring Bossing Vic Sotto and Phenomenal Star Maine Mendoza, portraying the role of one of the boarders of Barak and Stacy Otogan.
In an exclusive chat with GMANetwork.com, Prince expressed his excitement to write a new chapter in his showbiz career with the help of Sparkle and GMA-7.
He stated, “I feel so blessed and honored to be part of this big network because I know I'll be able to learn a lot of things and grow as an actor and even as a person in general.”
Prince added, “I'm grateful for the opportunity and trust that GMA is giving me, I will give my 100% best and make sure that the trust that is given to me will not be put to waste. I'm just really so excited for my future here.”

Collegiate basketball career
Former 'Daddy's Gurl' star Prince Carlos bids farewell to his NCAA career in December 2023. The promising Sparkle actor played his last game with the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde on December 10.
Prince posted on his Instagram page his heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported him throughout his collegiate basketball career.
“To my teammates, thank you for all the memories and the brotherhood. You guys will always be family to me.
“To my parents, I am blessed to have such supportive and caring parents. Thank you for all the sacrifices. You are the reason behind all my achievements in life.”
Special graduation
Prince got a special surprise from his parents on the day of his graduation. The Sparkle heartthrob finally got his diploma for his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Management from CSB in March 2024.
To reward him for all his hard work as a student-athlete, his loving parents gifted him a milk tea business franchise to kick-start his career as a businessman.
